After exporting the existing student roster, it is easy to compare the class assignments for the academic year.

Student IDs can be copied directly and pasted into this year's Excel spreadsheet for class assignments.

Note

When filling out the Excel spreadsheet, there is no need to change the student IDs; please just update the students' current grade and class information for this year.

1 Click on the Students icon

2 Click on Check all students on this page

3 Click on Export

4 Use the exported Excel spreadsheet to compare the new academic year's class assignments
